Do I really get my Money Back if the other candidate wins?

Who can buy an ad?

All American citizens who are eligible to vote and are making qualified independent expenditures can buy an ad.

Can I submit my own ads?

Yes—you can submit your own ad on Youtube and notify us by filling out the form on our Create page [link to make page]. 

Do I get a discount for more than one ad?

No.  Centrist Messenger does not discount for buying multiple ads as we are given a single rate card price per ad.

Why are there different costs for different times and locations?

The cost of ads depends on a variety of factors, including the market in which it airs, the political futures markets, and other market conditions which affect pricing.

Is there a limit to the amount of CM ads you can purchase?

Not for most people--FEC regulations do not limit independent expenditures by an individual.

If I buy an ad, will any money go to a political campaign or organization?

No—Centrist Messenger is an independent entity and will not contribute any part of your ad to a campaign.

What personal information is required to be included in this type of ad?

At the end of each ad, a statement will be read or displayed similar to the following:

Paid for by "Your Name" not authorized by candidates or candidates' committee. Contact at "either email or URL".

How do I know THAT MY ad wAS played?

You will receive an email confirmation after your ad plays and the actual ad itself when possible. 

Will I KNOW Exactly when my ad will play in advance?

We cannot let you know the exact time your ad will play since radio stations fill each ad into blocks of time that all have the same rate. In fact, most radio stations do not know their exact minute by minute plan until the night before airing. 

Can I pick my broadcast station?

In order to provide low prices in each market, broadcast stations are grouped in tiers. Centrist Messenger will place an ad in the tier you choose with the highest impact possible for that time. Again market conditions constantly change.

Are my transactions secure?

Yes. We use Paypal as our secure technology payment partner to ensure that your transaction is processed securely. 

 
How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an email receipt confirming your ad and payment.  If you do not receive this confirmation, your order was not placed.

Is my information safe?

We do not sell or share information. The only information we collect is what is required by law for independent expenditures and for payment processing. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Will you give my information to any political party or organization?

No. Centrist Messenger is an independent organization with no ties to any political organization.

Can I cancel an order prior to an ad being played? Can I cancel parts of an order prior to an ad being played?

No; once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as much of our system automatically starts the process of as customization and ordering.
